After a decade of “get Trump” hysteria from the left that included 2 FBI investigations, a special counsel investigation, 2 impeachments, and various and sundry court cases, how stupid do you have to be to believe that there is something personally or politically harmful to Trump in the Epstein “files” and that he is trying to hide it. It appears we are going to find out today.

    Hint: All of the evidence in possession of the government was available to Eric Holder and Merrick Garland. And they refused to use it…….why?

          • Civil Liability is a judgement not a criminal conviction. Besides, outside of Section 3 in the 14th Amendment (which activists swung and missed on trying to deny YOUR President ballot access in Colorado and maybe another state or two) nothing in the Constitution bars someone convicted of crimes from running for President. Eugene Debs ran from prison in 1920. Thankfully, that means voters can individually decide regarding on convictions (or non-convictions because we have a population that believes people are guilty until proven innocent) on whom they shall vote for as it should be.

  7. I’m really enjoying watching Trump and his toadies being consumed by their own conspiracy theories. It seems MAGA will even turn on Donald when they’re not fed the red meat they desire. Remember, the first rule of holes is to stop digging. Truth is, Trump had all this evidence for four years. So did Biden. If either party felt there was anything they could release that wouldn’t also implicate themselves the files would have been public long ago. That only leaves two options. Either there really isn’t anything incriminating that hasn’t been sealed by the court in order to protect the victims or there is so much evidence on so many people on both sides of the aisle we won’t see it until they’re all dead. Quite frankly, I think it’s the former.

    • Again, FBI files and investigatory files are NOT public records, period.

      They have internal policies against releasing stuff like that.

      Had Biden released the information in breach of that policy it would have been characterized as a political hit job.

      Biden also had every document next to the shitter in Mar-o-lago but didn’t release them, or the substance of them, because its just not done. Not by normal folks anyway.

      You aren’t in normal times when norms and rules are seen as evidence of deviance.

  8. After watching ten years worth of this madness, I’m pretty sure there is nothing in those files, not matter how awful, that MAGA can’t project or gaslight their way to a level of acceptance. I do not agree with Trump on much of anything, but he nailed it when he said he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and not lose a single voter. This will turn out to be no different.

  10. I’m surprised and saddened that people who see these allegations just dismiss them out of hand because it doesn’t fit into the framework of their chosen candidate. This has been going on FOREVER! There is ample documentation that Epstein worked his way into wealth and power through providing a service to like minded pedophiles and then using the information to secure his position even further. When the FBI raided Epstein’s mansion in NYC they carried out boxes and boxes of cameras and videotapes. Girls that worked there have said there were cameras in every room. That’s how we know Berkowitz may have gotten a massage, but, “he kept his underwear on.” Is that information powerful? Of course, J.Edgar’s policies haven’t been cleared from the FBI’s ideology yet. But releasing those files causes both sides to take a hit, and we really shouldn’t be concerned as good people who is exposed. We just want it exposed and stopped. BTW, the “spa” girl Epstein poached from Trump committed suicide earlier this year. I said, “left, right, rich, poor” should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
