So there’s been a groundswell of social media advocacy calling for a blackout at Sanford…not necessarily the team wearing black, but the crowd.
And the team is asking for our fans to shed the disappointment of last weekend and to rally around our Dawgs.
Meanwhile, the UGA Equipment socials are playing with the fans…or are they (check the music).
of course they tease that every year…but man it promises to be a great atmosphere on Saturday.

On one hand, if they came out in black jerseys the fans would go absolutely apeshit and Sanford would hit 140db. It would be amazing!
On the other hand, we’re already snakebit enough this year that I say let’s not anger the jersey gods and the Spirits of UGAs Past and take a chance that they smite us down.
If we have to were black jersey’s to get us up for this one, we’ve already lost. Just play hard nosed, get after your ass football.
Good grief. We’ve lost 1 game in the black jerseys in the 17 years we’ve had them. Wear the damn things rather than just having them for recruit dress-up.
I would rather they be brought out for Black Friday, but that’s just me.
No kidding! People act like Georgia has lost every game they have been worn. The Dogs are 4-1 when wearing them.
My guess is they don’t wear them. All the social media posts have been pretty clear the Blackout is for the fans. They want the place to be rocking and if the students want that then go for it.
I don’t think they wear them either, but they don’t have fake juice or negative vibes about them. I do think the Fech game being at night on Black Friday would be a perfect time for them to come out.
I do not gaf about what colors we wear.
Everyone in that stadium needs to bring it for 60 minutes. It may get frustrating and ugly at times. Its time to burn the boats. Our playoffs start now.

Fake juice
I just hate that we’re even talking about this. It tells me the fans have no confidence in the abilities of our players. Unfortunately, this team has given them very few reasons to be confident and a whole lot of reasons to be nervous.
The crowd’s impact can and should be massive this game. I can’t be there, but prop em up boys ! They need us !

I would rather we not. Using uniforms gimmicks would mean we had completed the journey back to being Mark Richt Georgia.
It ain’t easy to get excited about this team. If a blackout gets pulses racing, do it. Let’s hope the result isn’t what it was in ’08 when Bama came calling.
