If there’s any doubt about a quarterback controversy around a former Power Four QB being displeased about his role in the ‘Dawgs QB room, it seems like his dad isn’t unhappy about it. For all the warts we’ve seen on display with the offense this season, I have to remind myself we’re still head and shoulders better than most programs in the country, and sometimes having a bench role on a great team is better than starting for a mediocre or worse one. No disrespect towards him, but just ask Brock Vandagriff how that’s working out for him.

As a side note, one must wonder if any Gator fan was thinking, after Lagway’s injury, of what could’ve been.
