The Miami Sun Sentinel, several years back did an article about Scott that began “ on the last state, on the last island, down the last road, at the last vestiges of the setting sun in the United States that’s where you will find Jake Scott”. Notoriously private he spent his days either fishing, golfing or drinking. Jake, the snake was a great one.

My first trip to Tennessee’s stadium (dump) was to see the Dawgs play, Jake saved our butts that day, I remember a punt return he made that was magic.
