        • And Junior and Lulu went from Chicken Salad to Chicken Shit in just a couple of minutes! This is payback for that hail Mary lucky win they had a few years ago.

  10. That was a Georgia Team winning the Georgia way mental and physically tough . Some of you have no idea what it means to be a Georgia MAN and it showed. Football is a 60 minute (and more) war. GEORGIA does not give up. All you who celebrate a win while bitching the entire game is weak, Please jump off the bandwagon

    • There’s a difference in bitching and making honest but sometimes negative comments.
      The Dawgs did have opportunities to put the game away in the third quarter..that’s just a fact..doesn’t mean folks are down on the team. Most of us also acknowledge the good things they did.

        • You should be aware that I – and I doubt I am alone – avoided the game day threads last year specifically because of your negative posting throughout the games. It would be a plus if you became aware of how negatively you come across, so I fully support his feedback.

      • Agree if you have a credible opinion. Always list your coaching experience so proper value can be given otherwise it’s just bullshit that no one cares about because in the end it was worthless.

      • Unfortunately too many of our “fans” remember we gave we gave up 38 but forgot we scored 44.

  13. I believe this game will go a long way towards making this team grow. There are four or five “gimmies” that the Vols got…from the defensive backs mostly. We missed a throw in the endzone..we had several near pics that we did’t quite handed.
    We got a huge gimmie from their kicker.
    Film should teach the Dawgs a lot about how to get better.
    And didn’t they Hunker Down when they had too?

    • Munson and The Senator are smiling. If this was the growth game for the team, it’s damn sure better than last years Alabama game. These guys are alright, but I’d hate to be a DB at practice the next couple of weeks

    When I was at UGA Law in the 90s, they were in the middle of ripping off 9 in a row against us.

    I think that is why I hate Tennessee most of all our rivals even though I know Florida, Auburn, and GaTech are far more “important” rivalries.

  22. Beating those assholes will never get old. And they had the entire set up for the coronation of Bobby Hill and Tennessee as the new power and end of Kirby and Georgia. Game Day was there. Constant shots of Little Joey Aguliar’s momma. Shots of Bobby Hill’s fat ugly mug on the sideline. Shots of Georgia fans not liking what they saw. But they lost. Im not going to go into stuff about some of our fans. It’s enough for me that Gunner made the plays he had to make, our run game kicked their ass for the most part, and when we had to have it, the defense showed up despite a rough day. I told y’all we were going to win. Go Dawgs!

      • Yeah he does. I ran out side and got in my truck and cut on the radio right after the game to hear the post game show. Scott Howard said the same thing I thought about Nate Frazier’s overtime run, it reminded him of Sony innthe Rose Bowl. I know he didn’t score. But damn it reminded me of it. As long as Kirby is in Athens it’s going to be a lot of fun to watch the Dawgs. Tennessee is gonna need a lot of ice and Tylenol.

  24. This is so sweet since Phat Phil no longer has the longest streak alone. I hope we don’t play them for about 4 years so they have to wallow in their sorrow. I said Woodring would win it; but their kicker missing makes it still a special teams difference. We have special team difference makers!!!

  29. I wasn’t able to watch the game live, on the replay it seems like Herbie was thinking UGA was toast before the end of the first quarter. Makes the comeback even sweeter.

    Also, I’m going to out on a limb and say that this Branch kid is pretty stout.

      • I hate Herbie. The volume is always down if he is on the broadcast team. Though to be fair, those first three drives by 10rc, Aguilar wasn’t missing ANY of his throws. Made our offense seem much less cohesive/efficient.
