Good morning! Got home yesterday evening to a fiber outage in my area. I don’t have access to my card images while this goes on. Typing this on my phone. Once it clears up, I’ll update this post. Until then… carry on as though I’m not here.

You must have TruVista like me. Mine went out mid afternoon and finally came back around 10 PM. My neighbor across the street has it too, and he didn’t lose service at all. Hard to figure.
Yep, TruVista is the only game around here… Mine was still down when we went to bed last night. Never did hear what caused the outage.
Yessir, it’s amazing what a little competition will do for service and pricing. The lady I talked to just said that there were outages in Warwick and Pinehurst and offered no explanation. They never do. A few months back, mine was down for a couple of days and I couldn’t get a straight answer from 2-3 different people. Finally talked to a nice lady who explained that there was a glitch during an upgrade. Asked her if I could call her with future problems and she said only if it applied to the current outage. Great. Finally find someone who will be truthful and you can’t relie on her because of some BS policy. At least with the old Plant Telephone I knew exactly who to ask for. Now you don’t know what you’re going to get.
