I probably shouldn’t say this, but Furman was more competitive in a loss (11 points) to a true Final 4 contender (UConn) than we were against a team that at worst we were equally talented.
Embarrassing.
I’m not a “Fire XYZ” kind of guy as you guys are probably aware, but White officially went on the hot seat with me on Thursday night. You lose by a few points in an 8/9 game? Fine. You get run out of the building like 15 or 16 seeds are supposed to be? That’s horrible (I’m not counting Gonzaga last year … they were underseeded).
