I think if Okies start Hawkins they may have had a better chance to win.
Tenn is vaporware as in all hat and no cattle. But it didnt stop Herbie and Flowler from slobbering all over that fat fuck. Funny how they had to throttle their praise down when Hawkins moved down the field very quickly on those last two drives. It was painful to listen to that broadcast.
Time to focus on bammers.
I couldn’t tell if he got a lead and was playing Manball after, but the offense felt like it was being called by Paul Johnson. Very weird. Oklahoma’s offense was putrid and their line is terrible.
As much as he likes to run the score up, seems to me that he throttled the offense back likely because he played and coached there. You never know, he may want to go back in the future. Burning bridges and all….

I thought the same. Had the feeling the Hillbillies could’ve scored a lot more but didn’t want to. It’s hard to gauge how good they are, Oklahoma looked miserably bad and NC State is clearly horrible as well.
He definitely wants to go back there as head coach. No one aspires to be Tenn head coach, even Payton Manning.
I didn’t make it home until just before the second half but it didn’t take much at all for me to turn off Herbie and Fowler and their love for Bobby Hill. Tennessee has paper tiger written all over them.

Screams “make the money right” to me. I would treat our Dawgs as a 10.5 dawg. Just don’t know what we will look like but hope I’m wrong.
Tech lost, and Auburn lost, so the weekend wasn’t a complete waste.
Tennessee looks to have the best defense that they’ve had in the Heupel era so far. Their D-Line play is either excellent or OU has a lousy O-Line. Of course, what Clemson did to NC State makes that UT victory not as impressive, so I think that the jury is still out on 10-R-C this year. No doubt that Nico is better than Joe Milton (makes you wonder why Nico rode the bench last year), but I still don’t know what to make of them yet.
