About me

Born and raised in the Atlanta burbs, 1998 UGA grad, living in Austin after many wonderful years at the beach in SoCal. I read the Senator’s blog from Day 1 and immediately felt as if it was me doing the writing, which is one of the best compliments you can give a writer.

The Senator and I corresponded by email over the years, and even though we never met I felt a kinship with him and deeply miss his posts. I’m honored to be a part of the team carrying on his legacy, and I hope we can come reasonably close to making this place as interesting as he did for Dawg fans.
