About me

I’m a University of Georgia alumnus and fan of Georgia Bulldog football. Senator Blutarsky and his Get the Picture blog became fixtures in my daily life beginning in 2007. As the good Senator had his self-evident truths, here’s mine:

1. As the world is lesser with the loss of Lewis Grizzard, the same is true with the loss of Bluto and GTP.
2. College football has precious little time to stabilize the chaos surrounding conference realignment, expanded playoffs, NIL, the transfer portal, and player compensation before it completely alienates the people who’ve loved it the most.
3. Someone needs to erect a statue of Stetson Bennett.
4. The gameday soundtrack at Sanford Stadium for Bulldawg football should be provided by the University of Georgia Redcoat Band. Period.
