To Brent Key, if the ball were tipped, that’s reviewable. Either the ball wasn’t tipped, or it couldn’t be determined based on video evidence. If it was tipped, the interference can’t have occurred before the tip.

A bowl game (I think Syracuse was involved) where a LB intercepted a pass and returned it for a TD. As he was crossing the goal line a WR grabbed the collar of his jersey from the back and ripped his jersey. This was close to the sideline where the ref was standing on the goal line signaling TD. No call…..

What?!? Unpossible! The SEC is one of the wealthiest conferences in college football! Surely they have the best and most professional officials in the country! /s
